At Maxine’s we value each customer. We are open to any concerns you may have and we ensure you will get the best services from us.

We do not sell or share any of your information. We only keep your information for marketing from us and to send receipts. We also use Third-Party banking to verify payment. 

BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! 

  • Please keep contact info up to date via StyleSeat by clicking our BOOK NOW button. Create a login so that you can cancel or reschedule freely. 

  • We prefer to work only with my hair. The lace we provide is top quality for the most natural results. Lace is not on hand so book your appointment 4 business days in advance to ensure it arrives on time.

  • If using your own hair or bringing in hair your bought from us, please bring it in 2 days before appointment.

  • Video and pictures will be taken so come prepared. We also provide add on cosmetic services.

  • No call no show full charge.

  • 20 minutes late, $20 fee.

  • 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. 

  • No refunds

  • We do not go over other stylists work

  • Curly extensions will be $50 extra to straighten.

  • All installs come with a simple style. More tedious styles will be an up-charge.

  • No children or extra guests please

  • Wear a mask
